Here at HB Oboe Reeds LLC we want you to be completely satisfied.

All reeds are guaranteed upon arrival from cracking or warping due to shipping extremes. Any adjustments made to reeds following receipt are not guaranteed. We are glad to assist in giving advice on reed adjustments though we cannot refund a purchase due to the particular style or scrape of a reed.  If there is any damage during shipping we are glad to refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Any products found not satisfactory or damaged during shipping are returnable for a full refund for 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds will be made by check or credited to the account purchased.

Any alterations to knife blades after purchase are not guaranteed.  We can offer insight in knife sharpening!  Please ask.  We appreciate your business and hope you are completely satisfied!
